The MIRACL Management Console allows you to manage the subscriptions to your MIRACL products through its Subscribe page:

The Subscribe page is available in the Console for a particular MIRACL product only if this product has been installed from a Direct Download Distribution. For the other MIRACL distributions, like AWS distributions, the subscription plans are managed not from the Console but from the customer's account in the respective marketplace (for example, the AWS marketplace).



If you have multiple MIRACL products or instances of the same product, make sure the currently displayed product / instance in the MIRACL Management Console is the one you want to work with.

To view the subscription plan you are currently on in the MIRACL Management Console, visit the Subscribe page.



This page explains how to cancel your subscription to a paid plan for a MIRACL product from the MIRACL Management Console. The assumption is that you are on a paid subscription plan and want to terminate your subscription and not just switch to a different plan.

This content applies only to the Direct Download Distributions of MIRACL products. For the other MIRACL distributions (like AWS distributions) your subscription plans are managed from your customer account in the respective marketplace (like the AWS marketplace).

If you have multiple MIRACL products or instances of the same product, ensure the currently displayed product / instance in the MIRACL Management Console is the one you want to work with.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. In the MIRACL Management Console, visit the Billing history page.
  2. On the Billing history page, Your Current Plan section, click on the Unsubscribe button. The page updates to provide instructions for cancelling the subscription.
  3. Follow the unsubscribe instructions provided on the page.

To subscribe to a plan:

  1. In the MIRACL Management Console, visit the Subscribe page.
  2. In the Subscribe page, click on the Choose Plan button for the plan you want to subscribe to. The page expands to reveal a subscription form.
  3. Complete the form then click on the Confirm And Proceed button.
    You will receive a notification about the subscription to the email address you have provided in the form.
  4. (Optional) Verify your subscription by visiting the Subscribe page again (as described in step 1). If your subscription has been successful, the plan you subscribed to will now be indicated on the page and options to change the subscription plan will be available.

To change your subscription plan:

  1. In the MIRACL Management Console, visit the Subscribe page.
  2. On the Subscribe page, click on the Change plan button for the plan you want to switch to. A window will pop up asking you for confirmation.
  3. Click on the Confirm button to confirm and proceed.
    The page reloads and displays your newly selected plan as current. You will also receive a notification about the subscription change to the email address you have provided in the subscription form when you first subscribed to a plan.
